What's in your recipe box
This reads every recipe you have that carries nutrition, and shows what a typical serving delivers against a whole day's Daily Value. It describes the shape of your collection, cookies and side dishes included, so treat it as a portrait of the box rather than a picture of how you eat.

Your per-serving targets
What you're aiming for in a single serving.
Daily Values are the FDA's whole-day reference amounts for adults, so one serving isn't meant to reach 100% of anything. "Excellent source" means a serving carries at least 20% of the Daily Value and "good source" means at least 10%, which are the FDA's own labelling thresholds. Most of these numbers are estimated from ingredient text, so read them as close, not exact. This is information about your recipes, not dietary advice: for anything that matters to your health, talk it through with a clinician who knows you.
